Our apps are designed for offline use. No account. No ads. No analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not receive your saved games or build profiles of our players.

BeardBytes Studios is operated by SORTEDGIGS PTY LTD, ABN 67 700 922 658, Australia. This policy covers Mahjong Solitaire, this website and support enquiries.
Playing our games
Mahjong’s gameplay, tutorial and settings work without an internet connection after installation. The app does not send gameplay activity, device identifiers, location or saved games to BeardBytes Studios. We do not operate a player-data server, advertising service or analytics service.
We do not sell or share personal gameplay data: we do not collect it in the first place. The app does not need access to your contacts, camera, microphone or location.
What stays on your device
The game stores your current board and preferences locally so you can resume playing. We cannot access or recover these files. Deleting the app and its data removes its local information; operating-system backups and device transfers are controlled by your own device settings and platform provider. App stores and operating-system services
Downloading the app and its updates uses Apple’s App Store or Google Play and requires an internet connection. These services are governed by the platform provider’s privacy policy. Once installed, all game features work offline.
Device backups and any diagnostics you choose to share with your operating-system provider are governed by that provider. They are separate from the app’s offline gameplay.

If you contact support
When you email support@beardbytes.app, you choose to send us your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information only to respond to and resolve your enquiry. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.
Email providers process messages to deliver and store them. We do not use support messages for advertising or mailing lists. We keep correspondence only as needed to resolve the enquiry and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete support correspondence, subject to those obligations. We do not disclose it for other purposes unless required by law.
This website
This site has no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, embedded social feeds or contact forms. Its fonts and images are served with the site. It does not set cookies or use browser storage to track you.
Unlike offline gameplay, visiting a website requires a connection. The hosting service necessarily processes requests, including an IP address, to deliver pages, and may keep operational or security logs. These are not gameplay data. We do not use website requests to build visitor profiles. External links open services with their own privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
Our no-account, no-tracking approach applies to all players. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. Please contact us if a child has included personal information in a support email so we can address it.
Changes and questions
